What happens when I connect Google Drive

You can browse your Google Drive and select individual files for your Antbuildz AI Agent. Antbuildz AI copies the selected files into Antbuildz's company Google Drive and ingests their contents as knowledge for your Agent. The Agent uses that knowledge for the features configured for your account.

What happens when I disconnect Google Drive

Use the Google Drive Disconnect control in your Antbuildz AI account. If you cannot find or use that control, contact help@antbuildz.ai from the email address associated with your account. Disconnecting stops future access to your source Google Drive. It does not automatically remove files that were already imported into Antbuildz AI.

Revoking Antbuildz AI's access in your Google Account also does not, by itself, delete copies already imported into Antbuildz AI. Request deletion separately if you want those copies removed.

How do I delete imported files

Email help@antbuildz.ai from the email address associated with your Antbuildz AI account. State that you want imported Google Drive files deleted and identify your workspace and the files concerned. You do not need to attach the file contents to your email.

We may verify your authority before acting. We remove active imported company Drive copies and associated Agent knowledge in response to a valid request, subject to legal requirements and protected backup lifecycles. If you need confirmation of completion or information about remaining backups, ask for it in your request.

How do I request account deletion

Email help@antbuildz.ai from your account email address and request closure and deletion of your Antbuildz AI account. We may verify your authority and explain any information that must be retained for legal, accounting or security reasons.
