Usage & troubleshooting · Step-by-step guide

Understand usage, credits and subscription changes

Find your account’s usage information, check top-up availability and distinguish account balances from confirmed subscription terms.

Before you start

Use an account authorised to view Billing. Have the applicable subscription terms and any payment reference available.

Verification scope: The live Billing interface was inspected, but charging logic, consumption order, resets, refunds and subscription changes were not transaction-tested. Public conversation wording and the inspected account’s credit wording differ.

Step 1

Identify the plan and billing period you actually have

Open Billing → AI Billing and review Plan & Usage. Compare the account’s plan label and subscription period with your accepted order or checkout confirmation. Do not assume a test-account label maps directly to Agent, Sales or Rental+.

Monthly and annual describe a subscription billing commitment; they do not by themselves establish when usage resets. Check the accepted terms for renewal, allowance periods and any cancellation conditions. No price amounts are repeated in this guide.

Step 2

Check usage before interpreting a credit balance

Read the explanation under How AI credits work in your account. A chat session, a meaningful product conversation and a credit should not be treated as interchangeable unless the current account terms define them that way.

The public offering and inspected Console use different descriptions. Until that difference is reconciled, this guide cannot confirm the exact number of exchanges charged, consumption order or rollover rules. If a balance seems wrong, record the time, displayed balance and relevant conversation reference, with customer details removed.

Step 3

Check top-up availability and consent

The inspected account shows Top Up, but its Auto Top-Up control is disabled with the message “Auto top-up checkout consent is not configured.” If you see that state, do not assume that a low balance will automatically buy more capacity.

Where a working top-up flow is available, review the pack, amount and any recurring purchase authorisation before accepting it. The trigger threshold and total-balance calculation must be confirmed for your live account; no automatic purchase was tested for this guide.

Step 4

Open Change Plan and check the offered package

In Billing, choose Change Plan. The live account opens Choose your Antbuildz plan, with Monthly and Annual controls. Wait for the available plans to load before reviewing them. Opening this selector does not establish that a subscription has changed.

The inspected selector currently lists Basic, Premium and Enterprise under Webstore, including repeated plan names and placeholder Included feature text. These cannot be reliably mapped to the public Agent, Sales and Rental+ packages. If you see this mismatch, close the selector and obtain confirmation of the intended package before choosing a plan or authorising payment. Do not select a similarly priced option as a substitute.

  1. Review the Monthly or Annual period before comparing the available plans.

Step 5

Review payment records before changing or retrying

Use Payment Methods for saved-card settings and Payment History for recorded transactions. Saving a card is not evidence of a successful charge. If the outcome is unclear, check the transaction result before retrying.

The plan selector was verified, but plan selection, payment and activation were not completed. Upgrade timing, downgrade timing, cancellation, credits and refunds must follow the accepted subscription terms. Ask support for the authorised process if your account does not provide a clear route; do not delete an account as a substitute for cancelling billing.

Add a payment card and find payment records

Completion checklist

  • You know where to check account usage and payment records.
  • You have not assumed that disabled Auto Top-Up will purchase capacity.
  • Any subscription change is confirmed by its actual result and applicable terms.

Common questions

What is a conversation and which balance is used first?

The current public and inspected Console descriptions do not align. Check the terms applying to your account and request confirmation before relying on an exchange count, consumption order or automatic top-up threshold.

Why is Auto Top-Up unavailable?

The inspected account reports that checkout consent is not configured. If your account shows this message, automatic top-up is not ready to rely on. Ask support about the required supported setup; do not assume saving a card enables it.
